Saudade it’s not a distinctly brazilian word, it’s a portuguese word (do a google search). They have it because they speak portuguese. Angola, Moçambique, Cape Verde, Timor etc. they also have the word Saudade.

This theme has actually been covered, I can’t remember the title of the book. Part 1 and 2 are eerily close, but the end devolves into some sort of PC pap. If i can find it again, i’ll post the title here.

As I’m of an egalitarian mindset, I completely agree with you. I’m an adult, and the idea of being mollycoddled past the early teenage years is a social atrocity…each of us, female and male, has to experience life. We must learn from our mistakes, in order to not repeat them. If one half of the population is continuously treated as overgrown children then society as a whole will never mature.

Of course, other women need to realize this and step up the the plate! It’s useless to scream out that you’re an independent and rational adult when your words and actions in daily life speak otherwise…

Thank you very much for these definitions. Some of them I’ve not yet seen in anything more than passing use…it’s helpful to know their true meanings. I’m also thankful that there is a term for my current/only relationship (sex 3.0). In most of the manosphere, I’ve been told that it’s a “myth”!

Now, I think I’ll check out some other posts.

I don’t think it is so wrong to give women this ‘privilege’.
I think what is so wrong with women today is that they feel entitled to this privilege, wthout giving anything back to those from whom they got the privilege. So a woman feels no need to be good to a man or men in general, even if it is clear that everything that makes her life comfortable came directly from one man or a group of men.
That’s the crime…
